Sometimes you just need to keep your OEM wheels.

At least you weren't like me and hit the sideview going into the garageI just curbed mine this morning, 600 miles on the damn thing. I havent touched a curb in over a fucking decade, and here I sit just mad about my morning.
I've been there buddy. Grab that black marker and do what you can.I just curbed mine this morning, 600 miles on the damn thing. I havent touched a curb in over a fucking decade, and here I sit just mad about my morning.
I am still paranoid about this everything I enter and exit my garage. At least you weren't like me and hit the sideview going into the garage![]()
A black sharpie can work wonders on moderate/minor curb rash. Scraped mine 5 months ago, applied the black sharpie , and it still looks intouched (unless you are getting really close).I've been there buddy. Grab that black marker and do what you can.
Not your dealerās fault. Summer tires is what the FL5 comes with. Thereās no other option. Yes, you can get Cup 2ās (basically track tires), but thatās not even an āoptionā I donāt think. Itās something the dealer would have to order separately, the same way they would order other accessories, like floor mats.you know what man, its not that bad, and thats gonna work. It didnt even cross my mind! I am in baltimore, the dealer orders all of them with fucking summer tires, i was looking at something lighter weight when i switch the tires over to some continental dsw06s . amazing all season tire, i ran them on my '16 wrx. i got on it just a little the other evening, and it got scary quick those bitches just slide.
black marker it is, cause i dont have $3500 for some 20lb rims lol Thanks for the idea my guy. so simple and it never came into my thought process!
