Did you flash your car or stock when you brought it in? I seen youre tuned i havent brought my car to the dealer since being tuned.I work for the company so I got a deal. It was around 3 hours of labor so you'd have to check what the labor rate is where you go. If you know how to take the stuff apart yourself, just leave the cluster in there with everything else already taken out/replaced, and have them do the program and install to save as much as possible. Every store is going to be different. I have also been taking my Honda's to this store for around 20 years.

I wish i knew someone at the dealership lmao but ill just leave it be i dont plan on having much of anything done at the dealer aside from thisMy dealership doesn't care if that helps. They know me too though.
one of them doesn't install it because its not direct replacement the other said they'd only do it if i bought the parts through them although they are factory sealed parts. it has to be through that dealership i get the parts. That's fucked! Well, better bring your tools I guess. Luckily it's not that hard to swap them out once you have the OEM cluster ready to pull out. Hope you know how to pull the steering wheel apart so replace the harness and button clusters. I don't know why a Honda store wouldn't swap out a cluster. What if yours was broken?
The service center i work at sells/services vehicles that are well over a million for some with the cheapest being like 300k and thats higher than our labor rate its ridiculous$200 an hour is INSANE! That's supercar repair shop rates.
