im either going to do it in the lot or take it out take em both to in with wifes car and have em do it like that unless they need the car there.Basically the only part you need to have Honda do is program the cluster for the swap, but you'd literally have to swap the cluster out in the service drive or dealer lot in order to not have a mileage discrepancy. I don't understand why they wouldn't be able to just pull out the old cluster and put the new one in and bolt it up if you already had everything ready to be unplugged/unbolted.
Basically get it to this point and then have them program and pull the old one and put the new one in it's place and you will put everything back together yourself.
