I noticed a sound when I let off the gas as well.. I don't recall hearing this on my FK8. The only change I made was the K&N filter. I'll try to swap back to stock and see if it's still there. Do you have any mods under the engine?

Haha.. honestly not in a rush. Seems like the community is testing various options and I’m a very novice track driver. The HEL cooler was an impulse buy since I was planning to track this summer but now I’m going to wait until the weather is cooler and seeing how it performs stock.
