I just checked Ganley Honda's website where I purchased my 2025 CW Type R from. They still have the 2 boost blue, but now they have a black one also for anyone looking. The black one should be slightly cheaper.
Picked up the Black one. Used your post to connect with Tim. They were very responsive and there was zero jerking around.

Flew out, they picked me up at the airport. Drove home to Chattanooga. 46k OTD after trip expenses. Ended up being nearly $1K "saved" per 100/mi on the way home.

Not an amazing deal, but considering the only Black FL5 in TN has already had it's front bumper repainted due to transport damage (and was asking 52K) AND the next closest (in Alabama) wanted to start a deal at +10K MSRP... I'm content. Thanks BayouRFL5?

Very nice. Congratulations. That car wasn't there when I picked up my car, so it wasn't there for more than a couple of weeks. I'm glad my post helped someone. I tried to get free accessories added, but they wouldn't do it unless I financed.

I bought my CW FL5 a month ago for MSRP and no haggling BS Rusty Wallace Honda in Garland, TX. We negotiated pricing over the phone and I walked in 2 days later to finalize/sign the documents.

MSRP on a CW. Dick Brooks Honda Greer, SC. Nik was my salesman. Good guy, good dealer. No BS.

Southern California, SGP at $2K over MSRP, no dealer installed options/accessories.

Their original side sticker (with crap accessories and ADM) was over $72,300 if I recall correctly.

Airport Marina Honda, Nick Ball was my salesperson, I communicated with him for a few months, never would go under $5k. today got an email asking if I agree to $2k over. jumped on the deal, as I was just about to send Nik at Dick Brooks a non-refundable $500 to reserve one at MSRP, but then it would have cost me about $1,500 to ship it to California.

Yep, they got two type R's in CW in last week. Was told they came off the truck Monday. I stopped by on Monday to check them out that day. My vin ends in 46. From what I was told, they didn't have a buyer for another CW one, ready to go so the other white one was going to another dealer, and maybe they were going to get a Red one in exchange.

We should all be so lucky as to have a salesperson calling us with an MSRP deal on a Type R. I know it doesn't work like this in SoCal or other large cities.

I guess you found a Type R prior to these deliveries from another dealer? I see your sig shows a 2025.

where? I cant find a dealer in cali that wont do less than 3k over
I can tell where not... California :-(

got mine from Airport Marina Honda in Los Angeles for 2K over, which was an excellent one-time deal.

$3k over (w/o any dealer installed crap) is a very good deal in SoCal, as the next best offer I had was $5k over.

I was able to find MSRP in South Carolina, and was about to put down a $500 non-refundable deposit when Airport Marina contacted me. apparently they had two sitting in the lot, and needed to sell one to get their next allocation. one of them was the color I wanted SGP.

Transporting from SC, buying it sight unseen, risking damage during transport, and dealing with CA smog and licensing, would have added about $1,500 and time that I do not have. so I jumped on the $2k over offer, and bought it within hours.
