I designed and had a company manufacture a set of OEM+ illuminated door sills for the front and back doors, and I'm hoping it's warm enough to tackle installation on Friday--it's taken me months to get this together, and I'm beyond excited for the upgrade.

Dude. I'm not really into this sort of thing but I'd rock that.

Did you have them make extras? haha

Hey thank you! These are technically a prototype, and I could order more, but I'd need to put together an order of 25-50 sets to make the shipping worthwhile. It's something I'm mulling over, and would even consider putting together an order without the camo (black background, like the Acura illuminated sills) if there's interest. These might be a bit aggressive for some, but I love 'em.

In the meantime, I'll need to see how complicated installation might be--I'd likely need to order the necessary clips, solder in enough wire, label everything and draft instructions... it's definitely not out of the question!

Nice. Maybe consider pairing up with one of the vendors on the site to help make it happen.

Funny, this got me thinking I could just have my wife cut some Type R camo vinyl if need be. I knew I saw that out there somewhere. Searched, and it was you! haha

Is there still any way to get on board with getting a few sheets of that?

Yep! I have a couple 2'x2' sheets, but it's been too cold to wrap anything with much confidence. The material feels thick with the backing, but it's automotive vinyl and should be plenty pliable.

It runs about $25/sqft--if you're thinking of cutting it with a Cricut, those take 8"x8" sheets? 12x12?

Yep a Cricut, it takes up to 12" wide. Let me see what I might do with it, will PM you

Had the tires filled with nitrogen. Got the ADS DE5 module and did some more data logging. BTW. Tires were at 40lbs with basic driving on standard air. Nitrogen should keep me a little more stable on pressure
