Seat Recall Gone Wrong?

i recently just had my seat recall done, but coming back to the car i found the seat to be significantly tigher. i also found that there is a gap between the seat itself and the adjustments. it overall feels really different compared to the passenger seat. anyone experience the same?

Yeah, that doesn’t look right. It makes sense for the repair to make your seat feel more planted to the car versus loose and creaky. But the actual seats themselves shouldn’t feel any different.

it does look off...gap a lot smaller for me, and I don't see the tab in the middle.

This is what I'm talking about. It's frustrating just looking at this. I presume the seat needs to be removed from the car to complete the service. The seat was likely carelessly placed on the floor of the shop as the work was being done. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. Let us know how this works out.

This is what i’m talking about, it’s incredibly careless and they didn’t even have the audacity to tell the advisor they messed up the seat… I hope it gets sorted out and goes in your favor.
