**Updated my opinion a few posts down. I got accustomed to the ride, and am happy with the Eibach PRO kit, would recommend**

Ok, so I'm a huge fan of Eibach. I've had their shocks and springs on several vehicles. 1998 civic with pro kit, rides like a dream. 2024 civic EXL hatch pro kit, rides like a dream, my 100 series land cruiser I run their front shocks, amazing. BUT...

Just installed 11th gen SI pro kit lowering springs on my 2025 Si. The drop and gaps are great.

The ride is horrendous. Not sure if Eibach has actually tested these springs on a 2025, but it's bad. Bouncy, bumpy, rough ride. Car has 500 miles on it. Stock springs are honestly great, just too tall for me.

I will update after I put more miles on it. The 2025 Si gets a stiffer chassis and different shocks. Curious if that is the difference. Most 11th gen Si owners seem happy with the kit from my research.

Thanks for letting us know. The 25 Si body is about 3% stiffer, and the front subframe mounts and mounting points are more rigid than the pre-refresh. That's what might be causing the bounciness imho.

The dampers are actually a little more compliant because of the additional body & suspension stiffness.

I'm hoping things will settle in and I'll get used to it. The stock spring was a nice balance of stiffness for handling yet still keeping ride comfort acceptable. I'm not sure if I should try better shocks like Koni, different lowering springs, or just go straight to coilovers.

I'm assuming you loaded the suspension before tightening everything up, to prevent the bushings from binding? Not doing that could cause harshness.

I've personally always been weary of lowering springs with stock dampers (how could they ever match?), and haven't found a lot of good coilover options for the Si. I have my eyes on ST suspension ones (KW subsidiary - KW itself doesn't to offer anything for the Si), but would love to read a review before parting with my hard earned.

How noisy are the springs? Any clunkiness from the suspension, especially the rears? I'm currently running 10th gen Swift Spec R springs and the rears are VERY noisy.

Prokit is typically stiffer. Sportlines a bit softer (with more drop)

I always caution people from comparing dyno (power) measurements from different sources and a spring dyno would be not different however it may be fair to assume the Eibach data points both came from Eibach. If that is the case it is reasonable to assume they were tested the same way on the same dyno. My data was leaning more on 10th gen Civic experience. I’ve not yet reviewed any 11th gen Si data (matching the OPs car) from Eibach.

It's all subjective as to what one person thinks is too stiff, but if they put on the prokit, and then the sportline, the sportline should be stiffer.

I'm wondering if @SuperDave cut his bump stops? Not sure if that was asked yet or not.

They are definitely noisy and creaking. Also happened on my 24 civic exl with pro kit. This one is worse on the Si. Front and rear creaks.

I read you can grease the springs when installing. Where they contact the upper and lower strut mounts/rubber. Wish I had tried that.

Yes I cut the bumpstops per Eibach instructions. Again I'm used to the ride now and actually appreciate the stiffness. It doesn't bottom out nearly as easily as my 24 exl does, both vehicles have the pro kit.

Strange, I have the Swift Spec R springs on my 2023 Si and they are head and shoulders above the ones I've tried before them handling wise and the way they manage to work with the stock shocks.
Probably the more compliant 2025 shocks have trouble controlling them.

What are the spring rates for these sets?
I don't know for the Si, the ones for the CTR are listed above in another post I made (but took from another member who did the legwork on getting rates)
