Congrats and welcome! FYI - they had to give you the original wheels, wing, steering wheel, and shift knob because you already paid for them when you bought the car.

I come from a VW and if you add any kind of accessory option as a factory option/package, they never give you the originals.

Understood, but these items are not factory options/packages. No FL5s are built for the United States market with these accessories pre-installed. They are all added at the dealership, they're not even added at the port. It's like you buying your FL5 and then two weeks later going back to the dealership for them to install the carbon fiber wing. They wouldn't keep your factory wing as a condition of buying the carbon fiber wing. Same goes for the wheels, shift knob, steering wheel, wheel locks, etc.

Gotcha! Makes sense now. I'll be selling all that stuff and hopefully buying an AWE exhaust. Win-win!

I keep kinda eyeballing the OEM forged wheels. Sometimes they look OK, but in this case they look great! This may be the first time I’ve seen BB with the forged wheels too, so that probably accounts for why I’m digging them more here vs other times I’ve seen them (on other car colors).

Great idea for a thread. This my first post, as I'm new to this world. Got mine with 3 miles in the clock at Avery Greene Honda in Vallejo first week of September. Just completed the suggested 600 mile break in, and even without fully opening her up she was already a blast. Now it's just on another level, like hooligan fast. Handles like it's on rails. Even though this the first FWD I've owned in over a decade (my last FWD was a white '01 Prelude), I don't regret it at all after experiencing how much fun this car is.

Take a look first at the Remark exhaust. It sounds excellent IMO and has good weight savings. High quality titanium piece but is expectedly expensive.
