Hello,

I've had some requests thru social media so thought I'd post here. NO DRILL FRONT LICENSE PLATE MOUNT option for the FL5 ONLY. Printed using ABS plastic.

FK8 INSTALL VIDEO. SAME CONCEPT, BUT EASIER INSTALL DUE TO LARGER OPENINGS.



I originally designed this for FK8 back in 2017 for a sleek option to mount and remove license plates as needed. I know a lot don't like having front plates at all, but during 2017 (when I started making these) or even now, lots of people been pulled over by law enforcers often because of no front plates. And that of course may lead to open can of worms for mods..etc. You may find my postings on CivicX. Basically, same concept by using the diamond shaped grill. I metnion FL5 ONLY because the Type R grill size is different from other Civics.
I don't have an FL5 ATM , so the pictures below are from someone that found me thru either youtube or civicX and asked me on IG @DaJay23

How do you order a No drill front license plate holder for a 2022 Honda Civic Sport? I would like to install it in the center, not on the side. Please message me with the details.

Unfortunately doesn’t fit civic sport. It’s type r specific. I could work with u if u want. If u want, send me pix of the grill and provide measurements of the grill holes.

Do you know what size screws or bolts will fit the OEM holes for the rear plate? And are they same size for your front plate holder?

I don’t know OEM hole size. I use M6 screw/nuts.

Thanks. I just got some M6 bolts and they're a little too wide. I figure it may be because Japan is metric. Then I thought I'd try M5.

I was hoping to narrow it down before going to Amazon or Napa.

sorry guys. I still do make these. Most message me on IG. For some reason, I haven't been getting notifications and i think it got unlinked to CivicX. Anyways, I'll remember to check back here often.

Since I could not find any other solution, I just used stainless steel zip ties and the factory provided mount.

I mounted it as far high and to the right (passenger side) as I could.

very nice, I can do zip ties, but this is way beyond my limited technical/fabrication abilities...
