Hinged/Angled Front License Plate

I am working on an alternative solution for those that live in front-plate states tired of getting pulled over by the Po-Po for not having a plate attached to the front bumper. I do not like the OEM front license plate bracket as it obstructs the intercooler. There is also no front OEM tow hook to use as a potential connection point.

With that said, here are two PICs of a hinged front plate that I mocked up today:
