I didn't find the maintenance schedule in the manual, or I missed it in the book?
I want to know how often to change oil, coolant..., what to do at 1 year, 2 year...

I drive very few, 800 miles on my current car the past whole year.

It’s definitely in there, keep looking! You can download a digital manual from Honda website, makes it easier to search.

Ah ok I just did some search, look up Maintenance Minder Honda USA. I am in Canada, this is the site for me with all my info.
You can download maintenance schedule!

https://www.honda.ca/-/media/Brands...-ENG.pdf?rev=7ee34cf6ecf34e3c8fe343b7a090eab2

Cars are pretty good these days anyway, it will tell you when you need to get maintenance done and dealership will almost certainly contact you to have it done. Oil change is once a year, most of us will probably never reach 15,000km before the year is over.

Thank you all for the reply.
From the "schedule", many items do not have time interval.

The maintenance schedule isn't laid out in a timeline arrangement. Honda, and other manufacturers, moved away from standard intervals some time ago. It seems they finally realized there's no such thing as standard maintenance intervals. If you don't drive the car often, I suggest following the maintenance minder. Other wear and tear items will be at your discretion. That's the approach I'm taking and I'm comfortable with it.

Honda UK has a Type R specific owners manual in .pdf format. The maintenance schedule is in a traditional mileage/elapsed time format on pages 542-543.
UK Type R's have more features than USA versions, so don't get excited about folding mirrors and the like.

Hmm, valve clearance check at 74,500 mi eh? You know you've got a gnarly vehicle when there is a valve job in the routine maintenance schedule.

You should be able to see what is the next maintenance items in advance

Usually is a code like A1 or B1.

Then reference the posted screenshot to decode it.

A1 code
A-> replace engine oil
1 -> rotate tires

Those reminder most likely are based on millage, not time.
As I said, I drive very few, maybe 1K yearly.

Oil is time and mileage based. I had less than 1k miles on my car after one year and oil life was down to 15% when the maintenance minder went off. This makes me assume all other items are time & mileage based, too.
I thought about that. But if the battery is replaced, will the time on the car be gone? If they use other battery for the time, that battery will be died sometime anyway. How can they tell I need to change coolant after 10 years, for example. Any battery can last that long?
