According to marketing materials and forum discussions, the PWR intercooler sold in the US is B&P (not the traditional B&P style though...somewhat of a hybrid) whereas the PWR intercooler sold in Australia is T&F. Someone else on the forum posted that there is a 1 pound difference in weight between the US and Australian versions of the PWR intercooler.

Here is an earlier post from another thread where PWR Europe provided a response to a question from @Zero7.

The PWR Australia website states:

Intercoolers are made from high-grade aluminium incorporating a thin wall, round nose extruded tube & fin configuration with a revolutionary louver fin design angle, which maximises the cooling efficiencies and disbursement of heat.

The PICs of the PWR intercooler on the Australian site look the same as that of the the US version. My eyes may be deceiving me but I see no "round nose extruded tube & fin configuration with a revolutionary louver fin design angle." Visually, they both look the same. Maybe someone with the Australian PWR intercooler can share a PIC in case the website had the wrong photo?

***EDIT***

For the PWR intercooler from Australia, the description says that it is a "round nose extruded tube & fin configuration" whereas the specifications section on the same page says "87mm Light Weight Bar and Plate and R-Fin Core."

Pretty much the only products vendors stock is PRL. Probably because they get a lot of credit from them. Everything else is from places like turn 14 and IND distribution. In the year that I've been building my car. Everything came from the same 3 places of origin. All from different vendors however they came from the same places. Almost 30k in parts and not one actually came from where the vendors were based out of.
Interesting...I tried ordering the HKS intercooler piping kit from a US vendor and was told that there would be a 4-5 month wait due to high demand. Instead, I ordered it from BHJ. The kit has since shipped with delivery scheduled for next week.

The vendors told you that because they are waiting for the distributor to receive the shipment lol
When did you place the order for charge pipes.

What is the expected delivery date. I'm asking because my pwr should be sent out 2-3 weeks.
Monday 14 April. Worth noting when placing an order through BHJ is that they only ship once all items in an order are ready. If your order included some Volks then you would be waiting a while for other parts in the same order.

Do you know what customs is going to charge you once it's delivered? I'm looking into getting charge pipes fabricated and comparing options. I'd rather get hps but don't really want to wait till July.

No sales tax on orders placed through BHJ...Just shipping charges on top of the price for the parts ordered. My first order incurred a 2.8% customs tax paid to carrier prior to delivery. Second order was 3% customs tax.

Does that mean everything is paid when you place the order or you have to pay right before fedex or whoever deliver 🤔

Yes, everything is paid when you place the order. The only additional fee is paying the carrier prior to delivery. Once the boxes clear customs, the carrier will send you an email for the customs fee where you can pay in advance or at delivery.

Thanks for answering my questions. I built the order on BHJ 169 for shipping and 3% for customs that's almost 1k for charge pipes.
I can't justify it over getting it custom fabricated for about the same price or cheap hps kit.

NP...Not sure why your order was close to 1k. Here was my order where customs should be an additional 21 bucks:

There should be different shipping options. For my location, DHL Express Worldwide is $170 but the cheapest was UPS Saver is $119.

I was going to go with the HPS pipes but also did not feel like waiting until July. HKS costs a bit more but also includes replacement I/C in and out cast aluminum pipes. The HPS kit does not replace those two sections but does add a mandrel bent pipe to replace the stock cast aluminum pipe going to the throttle body.
