Of course they don’t have to. But they could and I would be a happy customer. I didn’t try to cheat or violate their T&C on purpose. It was a naive mistake. To repeat, my mistake.I'm going to side with Phearable regarding the tune requiring a re-purchase. As you said, it's clearly stated under their T&C, they have no obligation to make an exception for you.
Anyway, I shared my experience. It’s not about taking sides. Phearable can decide to run their business however they want… luckily we have choices.
