Worth upgrading downpipe for Phearable Stage 2 tune?

Ohhh ok. Yeah true my question was more about whether it was actually worth upgrading the downpipe for this specific tune since there doesn’t seem to be a significant power bump with it installed.

check out my thread, I have posted a ton of data there. Downpipe and intercooler are good mods for a tuned car that will yield good results. Nothing earth shattering but improvement none the less.

i completely agree that it is silly, but my options are limited by either spending $100 for a revision from Phearable or another $300 for a tune from you or TSP. i chose the cheaper option obviously.

I live in Orlando, and I also would like to avoid paying 99 dollars for minor changes lol.
Do you have a page on here that shows the dyno results and mods so I can gauge how far I want to go and what I need based on your tunes. Thank you!

I don’t really advertise numbers since every car is different. I know dyno’s sell but each car is unique. But feel free to reach out to me and I can give you a better idea. But stock car with a tune 350-360whp. Boltons 360-380 depending on the mods usually is what I see.

ok I’ve acquired a bit of parts and I’m still getting things together so I can tune. I bought a rv6 resonated down pipe because this car is my daily and I’m still running stock exhaust. From your experience is the front pipe/mid pipe worth it or is it something I can skip on? Thanks.

It helps but not absolutely needed. You can upgrade that later

J4, if I were to go catless dp, can yours or an off the shelf tune with DP enabled prevent overboost? or is the concern I read about everywhere overblown?

There is always a chance to overboost a bit on initial spool up but nothing major.
