Part number needed for US OEM Passenger side mirror assembly/ Milkstore Power Folding Mirrors worth it?

I had a bit too much fun and I am now needing a replacement passenger side mirror assembly. Does anyone have a good part number for the US OEM passenger side mirror. All I could find is 76208-T43-J01 for the JDM mirror. Is that the same part number for US? Also looking at the model F from milkstore for the folding mirrors. Any one have the milkstore folding mirror mod? How do you like it so far? Any issues? Thanks y'all

I’ve had Mikstore folding mirrors for almost a year And love them . Zero issues . Installer said the hardest part of the install was popping the mirrors out .

I have same mikestore mirrors. Well worth it. Get the f model if you decide. It’s literally plug and play.
