Had the roof on my CW FL5 wrapped in gloss black. I really like the way it looks and I think it helps to tie in the black wing. I'll post better pictures when I can.
Looks awesome, did the same on mine! I went with black PPF instead of wrap though.

I should have been more clear.... that is what I have (PFF) there as well. I was on the fence whether to paint the wing body color or do the roof wrap in gloss black. I'm very happy.

New door speakers are on my short list. Is there a big difference in sound quality?
It’s night and day but adapters and getting it installed with the door card clearance is a PITA. I had to cut my door cards (plastic trim ring inside door panel)and I had fitment issues with the speaker opening. Seriously I wish I bought cheaper speaker that had a smaller magnet and base structure.

Received my AeroFlow Dynamics V2 lip I ordered back at the beginning of November at the end of last week and installed it over the weekend. I haven't gotten a full body shot of it, but did snap a few pics of the front end. Like others have said of their products, it would be better as a single piece but for the price not much to complain about. The V2 definitely helps continue the sideskirt line around to the front of the car as from factory the front looks a little unfinished at the bottom. Nice OEM+ look.

Unfortunately the parking lot entrance at my work is a bitch and while I only just barely scrape part of the lip underside, there will be no way for me to lower the car without removing the lip. The entry is too narrow so if you try to angle your car you will just end up curbing a wheel. No immediate plans to lower the car but we will see what the future holds.

Very easy, but I just used the double sided tape and self tapping screws for now. These are more than adequate for street use and is all the "install" video instructions say to use. Before any AutoX or track days this year I may use the included bolts/nuts/washers to make it even more secure.

Congrats on installing the OEM alcantara steering wheel! That is one of the items I still want to do in the car interior.

Thanks! It’s really nice. I just ordered the matching shift boot that comes on the ITS. Did you have to jack up the front to get the self tapping screws in?

Yes, you need some room to get your drill in there. The higher, the better really.

I drilled holes and used nuts & bolts on the "wings" but the center section is using 3M VHB. It should be secure since the wings are aso retaining it.

Custom titanium knob from WC Lathe Werks. It's the exact knob I wanted and no one made. Very reasonable price and Chris, the owner/machinist, was responsive to my emails and worked with me to make the knob exactly what I wanted. A+

The knob weighs 312g for those who may be curious. It turns out it's actually a two piece design - the sphere and the pillar. I added some blue loctite to the pillar's threads.

I need an OEM red shift trim ring though like the FK8 had. Maybe I can get the one I have coated, painted, something?

Roads are dry and salt-free. Temps are above freezing (good for the tires). So I took a break from work and went for a 30 min drive this afternoon in prep for the car to sit in the garage for awhile (again), based on what the weather man is saying.❄🧊🥶
