Love your build. Did you all have to pull the motor for head studs?

I love this platform as a daily but worry about the head lifting once I start wanting bigger power. I know what this engine is capable of but I want at least power in the safe limits.
Did you remove the head to install the TSP head stud kit or install one at a time?
We used the one at a time method, no issues.

Update:
Dropped in the 27WON Gin & tuned by DRob 93/E25 blend. Below is the comparison of the R365 (black/red) and Gin in case you were curious!

What did the Gin make on pump, and do you guys plan on having any upcoming Black Friday sales on this turbo?

We have not gotten results yet on pump, but do expect it to make similar results to the R365 on pump (281whp/280tq). Both turbos are pretty comparable and perform fantastic. Check out our video from the Gin Install.

I unfortunately can't disclose the Black Friday deals, but what I can say is to stay tuned!

New PRL Inlet Pipe on! :D
Interestingly, this eliminates the weird "whine" that is present with upgrading the turbo. Turbo sounds are definitely increased with this setup and it sounds so good!

Any word on if that BBK is still in the works? This is a mod I've been looking forward too all winter. Thanks!
We do not have any updates at this time.

Front page has been edited to reflect the updates of the build's progress.

Currently right over 22k miles, and only 3 "issues" to report, though mild.

1. Intermediate shaft bearing started to melt from high temperatures earlier this year. This was not due to a factory or aftermarket frontpipe flaw, but instead just a heat-related issue. This was remedied by cerakoting the frontpipe and wrapping it in PTP exhaust wrap. I've driven the Dragon and had a track day with this setup and there have been 0 issues after that little fix.

2. Valve cover leak. This is a relatively known issue amongst all 11th gen 1.5Ts, not just because we've modded this thing to hell and back. ;) Luckily this was a simple fix (changing gasket, 4 dots of RTV, and torquing bolts to spec, in sequence).

3. Sticky steering. Unfortunately, my Si has had intermittent bouts of this since ~10k miles. It would be present, then disappear for weeks or months at a time. The past time, right after the Wake the Dragon 2024 trip, it started to get significantly worse. I finally caved and reluctantly drove to Honda to let them warranty the EPS gearbox, but my Si decided to do what everyone's car likes to do when you take it to the dealer: it stopped. Will continue to monitor and update if it progresses.

The car has otherwise been very good to me and reliable, even at these power levels.
