Mine didn’t come with locks.Look at your lug nuts, if theres 5 of the same ones then no wheel lock, if one looks different than the other 4, you should have a wheel lock. My CTR has OEM wheel locks, don't think it was an option.

If you have locks then there should be a key! Check the glove box, middle console, and or under the trunk.Mine does have locks, but no key. That's what I want to confirm.

Would definitely ask the dealer for a replacement.I did search everywhere, nothing.
Not only should you have a key, you should also have 4 extra non-keyed lugs--Honda locking lugs come with a zippered pouch for keeping the extra lugs and key, your dealership should be able to provide all of those things.I did search everywhere, nothing.
Mine also didn’t cone with them. They’re optional.Mine didn’t come with locks.
Yep. And the dealership will charge you $5 per lug nut (last I checked) if you’re in a situation where you need an OEM lug nut. In today’s economy I wouldn’t be surprised if they charge $10 for “Type R” lug nuts. Not only should you have a key, you should also have 4 extra non-keyed lugs--Honda locking lugs come with a zippered pouch for keeping the extra lugs and key, your dealership should be able to provide all of those things.
