I'm down! Its all good, just want you to try the track map and see how you like it. No cost and you can get logs and I will check them. It will go quicker this way and everything will be extra safe.

So aim for the tune was more power in the higher rpms while keeping timing reasonable for cooling egt’s and with a slightly richer air fuel for cylinder temps. This is being done for track use where you could use more power but at the same time keeping things in check without going for all out power. The car is on stock wheels and tires but as you can see its a controlled spin in second gear that is at the limit of grip without just roasting the tires.Thats solid! How's the tweaking been going? Are you able to run through what you've changed over the hondata base tune? What was your aim?
What part of florida are you in? I’m in florida too, I haven’t gotten a 1/4 mile time since mine is more setup for circuit racing and 1st gear will just roast the tires to the moon and back.this is a bolt on car in florida, I am 270 and I had parts in the trunk coming back from the install. car mite be a little quicker now as I was just driving home from the installl when I did the pull and it was .2 quickervs the pull prior to this one![]()
I live up in palm beach gardens. Car has PRL intercooler, HEL oil cooler, TSP down pipe, Remark Ti exhaust, RV6 rear sway, Has a phearable stage 2 Ots File. yea I haven't done a dig yet tbh car only has 1100 miles on it lol. that said hondata/ phearable traction seems to keep the car in good shape but deff limits power vs 3rd gear and up.What part of florida are you in? Also what boltons? My car has intercooler only with a reflash.
Im in Orlando but also working in Miami so I’m all around. Those are some nice mods! I’m going to be doing rear sway bar, adjustable top hats for the front struts and a downpipe soon. I’m also not using the traction control strategy right now since I want to see what the limits of the stock tires are for actually pulling you out of corners with the slightest bit of spin with no limitation in power.I live up in palm beach gardens. yea this is my fun daily so I don't plan on going to CRAZZY lol. rv6 on middle setting is nice not too aggressive but def makes the car SUPER Neutral. I wanna do Flex fuel next and maybe a radiator depending on how the car rejects heat on the track, since it's a daily I think factory -1.8/1.9 out the front will be enough camber.Im in Orlando but also working in Miami so I’m all around. Yeah I have had some mild heat issues with the car at the track but the radiator and oil cooler are needed. And yes I have used hondata traction control in the past and its great. I’m shooting for a -2 camber out front and have 0 toe in front and back to help with rotation and initial turn in.yea this is my fun daily so I don't plan on going to CRAZZY lol. rv6 on middle setting is nice not too aggressive but def makes the car SUPER Neutral. the Traction control system with hondata does work well it keep it spinning in a "positive manner" if that makes since.
This is all music to my ears, exactly what I would have done if I knew how to tune cars lol.So aim for the tune was more power in the higher rpms while keeping timing reasonable for cooling egt’s and with a slightly richer air fuel for cylinder temps. Another goal of the tune is to decrease the spike from the hondata tune so early and move it up slightly higher in the rev range for decreased cylinder pressures at lower rpms. With a more progressive boost curve to help the HPFP not crash down low.
It should be compatible that I can send you the file, but if push comes to shove I can help you with it on your end also. This is all music to my ears, exactly what I would have done if I knew how to tune cars lol.
You might be the sole reason I will go through the rigmorole of sending my ECU out for the jailbreak and getting a flash pro...
I'm assuming the tune will be cross compatible amongst USDM and AUDM vehicles?
Well we won’t know for sure in a while. I think wing risers will be hard to get right in a way that looks good. But PRL should be cheaper, that stuff from Japan has a nice JDM tax on them.So back to the topic of wing risers... BlackHawk has the Cusco risers for $714 shipped... I can't imagine PRL's equivalent being much cheaper.
Am I crazy? What would you expect PRL wing risers to cost?
