Currently on a set of TE37SL 18x9.5 +45 and using Rays 19 hex lug nuts. Even with no spacers it seems I am maybe getting just over 7 full turns on a lug nut, adding a 3mm spacer drops me down to just over 6. I have seen people mention they are running the same wheels with 5mm spacers and no extended lugs just fine. Anyone with TE37SL wheels chime in to how many turns you are able to get on a lug nut? something just seems odd on mine considering I believe you want about 8ish turns per lug.
