Now this is what the seller on BAT says
“ …you might find it most interesting to know that the community lost on this one. I got my sales tax back via a legal “in/out” transaction, but this car and many, others are being exported. GRRRR!!! We don’t know such things on BaT until the deed is done. So, to all the folks trashing our actions and never bidding…this one is gone from our shores forever. I surmise the audience is going to find how rare and difficult these cars are to come across over the coming months.”
He’s selling to someone overseas and instead of simply saying that’s not allowed he’s blaming everyone else for not bidding more.
I’m tempted to report him to the dealership because that sort of thing is DEFINITELY a problem.
