2025 Si full digital cluster works in 22-24 and here's what you need to get it done!

That will not work. Cluster has to be new to be reprogrammed.

Do they need the vehicle to program it?
How about if I bring in the old cluster and new cluster both off the vehicle?

Old cluster must be installed to "clone" then install new one to rewrite.

Like was said before, the easiest way to get this done with the smallest amount of dealer work is to have the dash already apart and ready to pull the original cluster so they can program the new one and they, or you, can plug in the new one once they are done.
I can understand people want to spend as little money as possible but this is NOT a cheap swap regardless. If you want it done right then there is a limit.

I plan on getting the steering wheel out to swap buttons get dash apart go to dealer have them reprogram and re assemble dash in the lot
