Nothing because it gets delivered from the same refineries as every other gas station in that area. Only difference is the name on the tanker who's under contact with the location

Not always the case. I’ve seen drastic differences in some regions from customers using Costco fuel.

I'm in the trucking business and know the petroleum industry first hand. If Costco gets a bad batch they are not the only ones because it's coming from the same place.

I would have assumed so until I saw a pattern from several customers using Costco fuel in NY/NJ/CA.

They switched to shell and it was far superior.

also shell probably sells a lot more 93 than costco so could be older gas, really could be a ton of things
