2022 honda civic si
Does anyone in Virginia know where I could get my car dyno tested ? I’ve had my car since September and I’m partially FBO haven’t done exhaust yet due to being under warranty still lol. So far I’ve done 27won intake snorkel and intercooler, also have PRL HVI, & resonator delete. Trying to figure out exactly how much power I’m pushing with just simple add ons

Don’t you typically need a tune for it to have any considerable benefit?

I was making 300whp stock.

after was making 330ish. Ramair intake, intercooler, downpipe, and resonator delete. Custom tune is like the biggest gain for the money. But to get it you gotta get the license, jailbreak, and then the tune.

Don't know much about finding a dyno near you (if it's anything like my area, there's only one shop with a dyno, and they exclusively do BMW's), but I'd bet you're pushing like 20 extra HP on the super high end, and more like 5-10 hp realistically. A tune would do way more for you than any of those mods, even an off the shelf one.

How was knock? Any noises or things that shouldn't have been there? You always hear stories about how unreliable the SI's L15 is, so I'm curious about your experience.

Remember some guy on the 11th gen forums had his SI push out a rod after pushing too much boost at only like 270whp

I had 10th gen si and I had the same bolt on I got 160k miles on it with no issues. Right now I have 46k it been good. The only thing my consumable been pretty high.

That dyno read very high.

It a little high for me to but within line now with turbo cars. My other car is reading claim horsepower as whp. I guess it just a world we live in. Most German car whp as manufacturers claim hp now. But it to show the OP my stock and after mods.

I hear you however I've got fl5 and when it was stock. Definitely wasn't 300 to the wheels.
