What are the best rims for the fl5? I know there's a lot of fitment involved. There seems to be sparse information though. I want a straight answer. Why are people getting 18s for instance? They getting more cushion by raising the height on the tires? I want a one and done summer rim set. Then to use my ogs for winter.

I'm not going to touch the suspension lowering anything.

18s for more track tire options, better ride/ more comfort, some like the looks better. I'm personally running a 18x9.5+38 on a 265/35/18 lowered on RSR coilovers. Most people are doing a 18x9.5+35-45 depending on the wheel. Titan7 is a nice forged and good price point for wheels. Best wheels are subjective, as long as its forged, it is good.

See that's what I mean though a lot of information involved which I get mind you.

I'm staying stock springs shocks etc. Want a tight full, fitment that looks clean and mean. I like lighter rims so eighteens would prob make sense / more cushion, bigger tire height for summer. What would you recommend?

I'm not tracking, this is my daily. Winter time stock rims/ summer time after market rims. That's my approach. Plus, a lot of power. 😂

I would check out these wheels to see which style you like. Fitment will work stock or lowered.

Titan 7 TS5, TR10, TP10, TP5, TD6 . These are about $2380 for a set of 4

Rays has TE37 and CE28 being the most popular. That is about $3400 for a set depending on which version and color.

Thank you. 18 / 9.5, what offsets? I know it's a lot to ask but, I'm not up on this stuff like you guys and that's where it gets confusing. I've been seeing / reading 45 offset, is ideal?

Thank you again seriously!

I'd like to get a set where I don't need spacers.

+35 is more on the aggressive side, +45 is the pretty much guaranteed zero issues with a 275/35/18 tire. 18x9.5+38 works too. So just depends on the wheel and which offset it comes in. Titan7 only has 18x9.5+45 or +35 but the +35 is aggressive. Volks are +35 or +38 and the +38 is ideal. +45 doesn't have concavity.
