Hello, just looking for some help as the instructions that come with the Recaro seat bracket/rail aren’t really clear (to me)… I’ve honestly never had an aftermarket seat setup before :dunno:.

Can someone show me what wire this hooks up to and how it’s done?

Also, I don’t have my bucket seat in the car full time, so is this something I’d remove when I put my OEM seat back?

Best bet would be to make a small harness to plug into the factory connector so you can swap out quickly as needed. You will need the right resistance to not get it to throw the light.

You will need to tap into the airbag wires
Blue wire and green wire for driverside
Pink wire and green wire for the passenger side

Please be aware that this is not all you need to avoid an SRS error light after a seat change. The weight sensors have to be transferred over and possibly calibrated.
