Hmmm.
Replacing one orange plastic piece with another doesn't seem like a good use of $100.
Wut..

Replacing one turbo with another turbo that is the same color doesn't seem like a good idea either...

yeah but that design they have does not look great, why are there rubber o-rings for the markings?

that orange will make the oil be impossible to see as well, seriously this might be a worst dipping stick.

The TI one looks better but $120, the OEM is garbage but works fine just learn how to use it, take the $120 put it in the stock market lol

I tend to agree with you, though this design seems better than the stock orange piece. Still…I wouldn’t pay a $100 for a slight improvement. You’re right about that. A $100 dip stick better fix the damn problem AND make me smile like an insane idiot every time I check my oil level.

It should have a oil temp sensor + oil level sensor + Bluetooth if they want $100 for that.

Saw this, no idea if it’s any good. All I can say is my aluminum oil cap is too hot, so would this also get hot being aluminum?

found this pic of the oil reading end

If your engine experiences an oil related problem under warranty and they find an aftermarket dipstick, good luck!

A family member works at a major auto company (not Honda) and dipstick calibration is a big thing. Mis-calibration resulted in issues there, though I don't recall the details.

I know casting dies used in engine prototypes are often modified to improve mass production, which can vary the desired oil level.

I thought you were joking but really I would not be surprised if they would void your warranty from a aftermarket dip stick
