well that's an interesting point. Since removing it, I think the audio sounds better as well since it is not mixing with the fake sounds.

Fake noise is like a fake exhaust tip. I unplugged mine and will never miss it.

On track? You've still got lights and a buzzer for redline if you need cues.

The pre-facelift fk8 didn't have active sound. Honda added it to 2020+ models for this exact reason. People complained the car was too quiet during aggressive driving.

It is too quiet, but the solution shouldn't be pumped in terrible sound. There is a lot of distance from the stock exhaust volume to an Elantra N's, right?
