I have mine set to comfort and I do not hear anything .................
That’s my experience as well. But because no one knows for sure how it works, it’s possible it still makes sounds in Comfort mode. That’s why some choose to unplug it.
I might unplug it if/when I take the dash apart to put some rattle reduction material in there. We’ll see. I’m in no rush to mess with it.

I swapped in the ITS sound control module yesterday. I can't tell if there is artificial sound being pumped in in +R mode, so it is either done well or its not working. Either way big improvement instead of odd noises during downshifts.

I also recently swapped in the ITS ASC module, however I'm starting to wonder if it might not actually be compatible with the CTR because I literally cannot tell any difference between any of the 'Engine sound' modes now (I have a stock exhaust with front resonator deleted). Either it's so subtle that it's not noticeable in any mode or it just doesn't do anything at all. I'm curious if anyone else that swapped it in can confirm if they can tell a difference between Comfort, Sport and R.

I can confirm there is definitely still a difference between modes with the ITS module installed.

ADS or ASC module? The ADS module wouldn't change the ASC...
