I'm along the Ohio river in Indiana. A lot of rain and now 0 degrees wind chill. Went to grab coffee in the FL5. It doesn't care it wants to be used! Thankfully the rain washed away the brine solution they use on the roads..

That would be me, coming from an sti, it was no fun. I was running wintrac pro, and usually with a light dusting the car does well. Yesterday was probably the most significant snow fall and it was pretty bad. There was a point I was on a slightest of inclines and I barely gave it any throttle car was losing traction and cut power, I was really disappointed. I was wondering if I should have just taken traction control off, but didn't feel like playing with that on the road. I made it to work, but had it been worse conditions idk if i would have. The car handled well once I was going but getting there might be a challenge. I'm honestly considering getting a GRC, I also don't want to give up my fl5, or my nd2.

lol I drove it. Was definitely not fun. I don’t know if I would ever give the car up because it can’t handle 12 inches of snow lmao. It barely ever gets that bad.

I will also add, more than all wheel drive, having proper tires is super important. I am running 4S all seasons which are by no means ideal for the weather we had.

If you have a second car or truck, you can beat on that one instead of driving the Honda. If not, I'd at least try and keep the salt and brine off of it.

My FL5 will see winter conditions, but last night and today, its staying tucked away to dodge the hail we’re expected to have.

Hell, I hate hail like hell! I lived in Texas and I can tell you a story about my dream car, a black 84 Supra, 5 miles from home and marble size hail starting when I got the idea with 15 other cars at the same time to dodge under an overpass where luckily I got a good spot as the hail turned from marble size hail into baseball sized hail ... but I won't.
