Has anyone tried the Spoon Engine Transmision Mount set? I am familiar with the RMM giving more NVH but not quite sure what the other components would do if it will increase the NVH even more.

I am looking to pair these with the rigid collars which I've heard lessens the NVH from the RMM.

I understand the concern on the price. People got fixated on that for some reason.

I am really just asking about the experience of the components. I understand the RMM but the other mounts, would it theoretically increase the NVH and if so with the rigid collars, I heard it decreased the NVH and wanted to get some confirmation.

Probably because Spoon is expensive compared to other mounts like Hasport lol

I have Rigid Collars on my Sport Touring, and I've had both the PRL RMM and upgraded to a Type R OEM RMM, there's still some NVH with the collars, but its tolerable and you get used to it, but I can only imagine how it'd be when all of the mounts are upgraded. I don't think the collars will reduce much then.

They are a fairly new product. You need to wait a bit for reviews. Or just buy the product and if you don't like it then sell them.

Thank you for the input and that makes sense. I got my two youngins riding from time to time and that’s where really my concern is.

Wonderful. Would you mind comparing them please? Thanks!
The PRL Mount is much stiffer than any OEM mount, wheel hop is greatly reduced and you feel more connected to the car when shifting. With a stiffer mount you have NVH, especially when the AC is on, but its tolerable.

The Type R RMM is just slightly stiffer than the RMM that came with my Sport Touring, little to no additional NVH besides during a cold start and there's a slight improvement to wheel hop.

Thank you. That's very useful. Sounds like the Type R mount is less than halfway between stock and PRL.

I thought Hasport had different RMM. One for track and one more street oriented for less NVH?
