Sonax brush works great on all, seats and doors.

I second this. I would say it is essential if you own a car with alcantara/suede or synthetic suede.

Had been using my vacuum but didn't like the hard plastic of the vacuum nozzle scraping up stuff in the interior. Swapped over to a cheap lint brush from Amazon and now everything is back to silky smooth.
