11th Gen Honda Civic NEW @ TSP: KTuner Connectivity Device for 2025 Honda Civic Si DSC07725

ATTENTION 2025 Honda Civic Si owners!

KTuner has been working hard behind the scenes to make tuning possible for you guys. With Honda’s 2025 updates, the usual tune reflash method needed another step, and KTuner developed the Connectivity Device as the solution. Tuning support is finally here, and available only at TSP.

11th Gen Honda Civic NEW @ TSP: KTuner Connectivity Device for 2025 Honda Civic Si DSC07796

Check out our full video where I go in depth on how to safely install this kit and flash the KTuner Base Map tune on a 2025 Honda Civic Si. Our blog post going over this install guide is also live on our website with more information.

TSP Stage 1 will be available really soon! Stay tuned for more updates.

Wait, the 2025 Si's can't be flashed normally like the 2022-2024's and a Connectivity Device is required? What changed between the previous years and the refresh?

The ECU is essentially the same but you are blocked from flashing at the standard OBD2 port. The Connectivity Device allows you to work around that by flashing directly to the ECU.

So basically the same steps you have to do with the GR Corolla and Ecutek.

Are there any significant tuning changes between the 22-24's and the 2025s? Just wondering why the TSP tune isn't available for the 2025's yet.

Yes, so long as it is locked to the 25's ECU, but you will still need the Connectivity Device.
Ah, thanks. I can't remember how my purchase of the KTuner at the time affected this, because I bought one for my 2019 Si. I'm guessing mine is locked for that, or whatever? Like, I'd need to buy a new one?

If it is still locked to your ECU, and you are the original owner, you will need to reach out to KTuner direct to unlock it for you. There is a high chance they will charge a hefty fee to do so, and if you are not the original owner of the unit, they will not unlock it at all.

If you're the original owner, I'd ask super nicely to try and get it unlocked for that fee. It will most likely be a bit cheaper than buying a new unit. If you are not the original owner...time to buy a new unit.

Thanks! I am the original owner of the Civic, and as far as I know I bought the KTuner straight from your factory.

If it's that costly, I'll have to consider whether I'll do it or not. Hopefully I can sit on that for a while and not go straight to needing to get it unlocked.

The last report I received about the fee was that it was cheaper than a standard V1.2 unit, but costly enough to make you go "ouch". If you bought it new from us (not as a returned/open-box item), you should be in the clear. You can always check with our customer support team at [email protected].

Day 1 of TSP Stage 1 release for 2025 Civic Si I installed it.

Ktuner V1.2 & Connectivity Divice used.

Used Map 2 18 psi to drive kid to swim practice and back. Over 1 hour of driving. One pull hit 18 psi, highest i could pull before tune was 16 psi so i know it's on there.

18psi in 'normal' and 20psi in 'sport'. For Map 2, .... with Map 3 you can go all the way up.to 24 psi

I will always run normal. (The new 18psi for me) I am very conservative. I get over 37 miles per gallon that should tell you a lot lol

Basically I hated that everytime I started the car i had to swith to sport mode to enjoy the car, now I can just turn it on and 'normal' now feels like 'sport +' without me hitting a switch 😉

Tune & AFE CAI are my only performance mods. Filterwears pre filter, rear roof spoiler, Window tint, black emblems, 'civic' emblem removed, billetworkz black shift knob and 93 Oct always. Done. I consider this 'what stock should be'.

Cheers,
Mike

Update:
KTuner released 1.0.13.1, which allows for 2025 users to use the OBDII port as normal after the initial flash to the ECU via Connectivity Kit.
