Need help removing trunk tray

Hello -- I am requesting help on removing an interior item. The picture below shows the two trunk tray mounting points:

The underside of that section looks to have these "one-way" plastic clips (picture taken from a spare part):

I am attempting to remove this entire trunk tray but these clips won't budge. How do I remove them? Thank you in advance for the help!

The two metal hooks for securing on each side have a plastic cover, lift up with a screwdriver, then there's a phillips head screw that needs to come out. After that cover can be carried out.

Is this the piece you’re mentioning? Is there a specific angle I should be prying up from? I’m using a plastic pry tool and giving significant force and it’s not popping off. I anm afraid of breaking the piece itself.

Lift the hook up, there's a very small cut out in the plastic to fit a screwdriver to pull up and get Phillip screw.
