Well, it's like what happens to gloss black interior trim and exterior paint. Maybe the material is more robust, but the concern is that it'll look swirled and gross, especially in high-wear areas like a lip or diffuser

There is not a ton of surface area so should not be too much coin to just ppf it.

A square 265 setup is what was mega popular among the e46 M3 track crowd back in the day. I personally loved it. And since the FL5 is much lighter, it should be a blast. Tramlining shouldn't be an issue if track width and alignment are dialed in.
