Better? I'm not sure, but I am intrigued. I bought some Mugen LED mirrors from BlackhawkJapan, because I like the increased field of view but I don't tape things onto my car (ahem... Spoon). Anyways, I was going through the other stuff they've got for sale and I found this radiator:
M&M HONDA ALUMINUM RADIATOR M&M DRL SPECIAL TYPE S FOR CIVIC FL5 01400-FL5-DRL36SPS - Black Hawk Japan
What is interesting is that it uses not only larger dimensions, but reduced space between the cooling fins allows MORE cooling fins. I counted fins on the PWR radiator (76) and the M&M (108), so there is definitely more surface area for cooling and likely more coolant capacity. I would love to see some comparisons, but I'll likely be picking this up anyways. The welds and construction quality look excellent, and it's only a few $100 more expensive.
I will be holding off on an oil cooler until someone comes up with a hardline kit, hopefully soon. I just got a 3D printer, so maybe I'll start prototyping the pipe routing myself....
Edit: Added a link for engineering/marketing info for the Daiwa radiator. Seems like a well made item.
