Hi all, does anyone have experience on replacing the trim piece that’s circled in Blue? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This was for my 2016 Accord coupe, but it is probably the same. You don't have to remove the mirror or the trim. Just the screw behind the weatherstrip. The garnish also has double sided tape. SO, basically once you remove the screw just pry tool to peel it off. When you put the new one back it can be a little tricky. Just pull enough of the cover off the tape to poke out the side. Line up the hooks and push down (bottom tab behind the trim). Once it is in place you make sure the screw hole is aligned or even screw it in, not too tight. Pull the tape cover off from each side. Press it tight and tighten the screw
