So I ordered the Puddle lights and the Trunk light kit on Blackhawk Japan, cheap OEM optional parts over there.
These are exclusive OEM JDM option, but fits our Civics (or at least our EU ones, wich are the same as the Japanese hybrids, both made in Japan
)
From my dealer in Europe I also got the Premium Light Pack.
Install is calculated to be 7 hours from Honda.
For all 3 together it took the dealer a lil more than 2 days
Puddle lights are what they say.
Trunk light too, it has a on/off switch.
The light pack consists of:

I did some prep work for the trunk light because I had my shipment laying around, but the dealer was on holiday.
So I made the hole to accomodate the light itself, but the whole wirework was for the dealer lol
And here are pictures and videos of mine at work

Notice how the area around the car is also illuminated...
The trunk area might seem brighter then when switched off, but thats just the camera, in reality its different.
And of course I swapped for an LED bulp for the stock trunk light lol:

- foot wells
- cupholders
- cubby storage
- door sills that light up
- light projector the word 'CIVIC' from under each door
