Hi,

I just saw this question and thought I'd chime in. The FlashPro for the 10th Gen Civic does indeed have a CARB Exemption # now, so it is 50 state emissions legal for street use.

I just received my Flash Pro and loaded the CARB +6 flash on my 2017 Sport Hatch, the power gains and engine response are very impressive!

That's awesome, thanks for the feedback! Keep in mind, your power gains may also increase over the first 20 miles or so of driving as your ECU adapts to your fuel.
