Pretty much the title. Was thinking about fitting 275/35 R19 tires on the car. Stock suspension. Wanted to know if anyone has done this? Any rubbing? Should I stick to 265/35? Thanks!

You will be fine on stock suspension. Even with Eibach sportline springs you'll be fine. I'm running 275/35 R19 on 19x9.5 +43 on coilovers now to get a lil lower. No rubbing.

Curious on the responses here from those running that size. I was considering the same size I have 20mm spacers on all 4 corners.

I am running 265/35/19 with H&R springs and H&R 20MM front and 25MM rear spacers with no issues. 275's are only .4 inches wider so I don't foresee a problem. There are a number of users here running 275 width tires.

How many finger gaps do you have? Pic? Thinking of doing same for that cushion.

Might be hard to tell due to the lighting, my finger can only go so far since the tire is tucked under. Hope this helps!

really debating or not to get 275’s also once my tires are worn out. almost there. I want to stay with 19’s and no springs or spacers, so i’m kinda hoping with the 35 side wall it will be a touch better ride and also being a 275 will help space it out a bit. does this mess with the speedometer or anything changing tire size?

i wonder if there are any 275/30/19’s out there they make?

You wont get much more poke at all as the stock offset buries the wheels. 275 is only @ .4 inches wider. You will reap the most benefit from the taller sidewall giving you more peace of mind and improved side profile (aesthetically speaking) .

Would you mind sharing your alignment settings? I basically ran your setup and the car did rub under certain bumps.

To be clear I am running 265/35 not 275. I am also on spacers (20mm front/25mm rear). I am running stock alignment settings. I am on a mild drop with H&R's (no bump stop trimming needed). Wondering if it was your tire choice as sometimes they can vary (one brand is wider/taller than others) I am running a Michelin Pilot Sport 4 A/S as well. You can see my drop in the picture a couple posts up for reference.

That explains it, I missed that detail on your tire width.

I was running 275/35 PS4S and getting slight rubbing on the other edges of the tire. This was on a 19x9.5 rear wheel with +35 offset.

Back to stock tires in the meantime but I'm be trying it again with a more aggressive alignment setting at the next changeover.
