Could this be the same with the front lips? Like they might fit the hatch? Please confirm.

Not necessarily, they might not share the same contour. For front lips fitment, both sedan and coupe will be interchangeable since they share the same part number (04711-TBA-A00ZZ) for its front bumper. However the lips are might not be interchangeable with the hatch version because the hatch version have different part number for its front bumper(04711-TGG-A00ZZ).

Honestly we haven't had a hatch here to test fit yet. If anyone of you that are local to us (CA 91744) and willing to volunteer to test fit it, we should be able to do a partial sponsorship on that lip for you. Please PM me, thanks.

The fog light assembly / front bumper vents are completely different, I imagine one would have to see if perhaps the very bottom part of the front bumper on all three models shares the same design. Someone with a hatch over near Ikon go pay them a visit so we can find out

UPDATES: Just got a hatch here for test fit today. It's confirm that the front lip will not be compatible with the coupe/sedan version. The bottom contour is slightly different so they won't be compatible, sorry guys gotta wait for the real hatch parts.

I hope you guys redesign this front grill to allow the placement of the H emblem.

I can't remember, but I thought the Integra Type-S had similar honeycomb front grill?
It'll match the honeycomb design like the rest of the car.

here it is on my Civic Type-R, added 50% more airflow to the radiator and helped with coolant temps on track
