Looking for some advice. Thank you

I'm having a Misfire at Cold start, engine light starts flashing and idle is rough, after a minute car goes back to normal. I'm getting p0304 Cylinder 4 misfire and P2261 Turbocharger bypass valve A Mechanical, this code takes several miles to come back but once I deleted, the engine light will come back right after(regarding this code I spoke to Rv6 and told me hose on Bypass might be pinched, it was and I fixed it, but codes keeps coming back) regarding P0304 will come back at any Cold start. I had checked all my installations and for vacuum leaks over and over again. I had used a smoke machine to do vacuum leak test and I had fixed any air leak.

Mods I have PRL HVI, Charged pipes and intercooler, first generation PRL DOWNPIPE, RV6 Turbo, XDI Injectors, Hondata Fuel pump(Used) and Spoon valve cover i had a Radium oil catch can but ended removing it. All parts are new except for the fuel pump. The car is in the process of getting Etune, tuner tells me I have an issue and due to this problem tune can not be completed.

Any help fixing this car will be Gratefully appreciate. TIA

I believe you need to identify first what was the previous modification that brings the issue, if you made all the modifications in one shoot that will be more difficult to troubleshoot, after the smoke test you fixed any other boost leak?

Codes came after Injectors and Valve cover were replaced. I had checked those areas closely and I don't see any leak. I'm thinking that hoses around the manifold were not connected on right spots. Would you happen to share a picture of the manifold area? TIA

I have a SI model, but definitely something is off there you mentioned something regarding the catch can maybe that hose is the problem, check if it's proper connected to the right. Check if you can find any diagram online about those hoses or maybe a YouTube video should be something simple, also check the throttle body coupler just in case.

Well I would double check your work before proceeding. Seems like something is not in the right place or there is a leak somewhere.
I'll be doing a pressure test once I get the tools. Do you happen to have an R? If so can you send me a picture of the hoses around the manifold. I'll like to check if hoses are connected on the right place. TIA

You are actually in luck I had another customer with questions about this too.

Yellow dotted hose goes to the tube that goes by the fuel pump the white dot goes to the intake manifold.

There is also a hose on the passenger side of the intake manifold. That you usually use to put the catch can on.

Thank you soo much your info is really helpful. Do you have another picture covering the area of the throttle body there is more hoses there too.

Yeah the one of the manifold was connected to the catch can but I already put it back to the valve cover.

Thank you for your help

No problem! And I can take one for you early in the morning. It is pitch black where I live and it won’t come right at this time.

Damm the sucks, I don't want to do that I'll try doing a pressure test, smoke test didn't do the job. Good luck
