Wheel owners that use hub rings and have wheel cap adapters

Wheel owners that use hub rings and have wheel cap adapters.......what do yall do when you have this issue?

I ordered wheel cap adapters for my TE37SL. The wheel cap adapters will fit but not with my hub rings on. I was always told, and from what I read, that to keep vibrations from happening, to run hub rings on wheels that weren't hub centric. My wheels are not hub centric (rays te37sl) So do guys really run without hubrings if they want the caps? I have not tried running without them but was afraid of the car vibrating at speed. Any opinions?
