I have a varis carbon fiber front lip on the way, but conflicted if i should paint match to CBP or leave it as is. No other carbon parts on the car. What do yall think?

Leave as is. Doesn’t make sense to pay the Varis premium only to paint it. Also, I don't agree with painting over carbon fiber. If you want a paint matched lip, buy an inexpensive replica and get it sprayed.

easy solution is to get a carbon wing to match the carbon lip lol
but I would just rock the lip as is. Eventually you will crack the lip and you will be glad that you did not spend extra to get it paint matched

Install the lip. No need to hide it. When the wing comes in, install it. The stock wing is going to be easier to store. 6 bolts, 2 stands and the wing is fairly light.

lol if you think ppf has any chance against a pothole….
No lip will stand a chance against a pothole. Carbon or painted, you'll still want to keep it protected from daily debris and rock chips.

If you're car was any other color then black I'd say paint it.
This is exactly my advice, since your car is black I’d say PPF it and leave it alone. If it was any other color then you paint match it
