Last week my edc cancelation module came undone and failed. So I called king motorsports who did the installation. They called there kw rep and he wanted me to call.
They are shipping me a new module on Monday free of charge. This is my 3rd kw suspension set up. And I will continue to be a customer with them because they value the base who support them.

I’m glad we got it right! That was the first thing to check. Hopefully it gets resolved quickly.

Great customer support story and endorsement. We all need to hear these, as they can often make or break the modding/ownership experience, and good customer service is becoming harder to find, in general

Is plastic zip-tie the official mounting method? I know coilovers require a little more housekeeping than spring/dampers but seems like it would not be a long-lasting solution if you daily it.

Yes zip tie is what comes with the cancelation modules. The kicker is that I had heavy duty zip tie in place of the one's that came with it.

I'm trying to find a better solution for mounting the device. The bmw guys code out the edc all together so I need to look into that.
