SoCal Dealers With No Markups

Hi All,

I am in the market for the 2024 Type R. Is wondering if you can recommend some dealers in SoCal Orange County or LA that do not do markups. By the way, i rarely see any dealers with a red or black color. Do you know why?

I always hear Buena Park Honda is pretty good with either selling at or close to MSRP, but I havent seen them with a black or red one in awhile.

I got my '24 CW FL5 from Norm Reeves Cerritos MSRP + $1600 in accessories. It was the best deal I've found since release and took it. Not sure if any dealers have '24 in stock since the '25 are already out. When I purchased mine, they had a total of 10 FL5's (CW and Black). I'm sure I could've push to have more accessories removed but it reached a point where I wanted some of the accessories anyways. Red FL5's are super rare, I've only seen one once on the road.

Just checked Norm Reeves Cerritos FL5 inventory. They have 2 Black and a Boost Blue. Good place to start negotiating. PM me if you want my saleperson's info. I've had great experience with her. I've dealt with many other dealerships that will laugh when trying to negotiate.

SAnta Monica Honda has a black 2025 at msrp right now in their showroom.

a flood of 2025's are hitting dealer inventories right now. these dealers need to stop thinking it's 2022. I got mine for $1500 over msrp at honda santa monica and thought that was decent. but omg this technology package is such garbage.

That's pretty good. NRH Cerritos is so big, they're usually the one that laughs at negotiation. Good to know they have storage that isn't the dirt lot.

Got mine from Honda World Downey in July 2024. I paid $1500 over MSRP which included a bunch of accessories. A better deal should be doable now with the car market slowing down.
