While I admit I would not expect any gains from a part like this it should not hurt anything if properly designed and installed. Either way, it may be best to leave it out of your engine bay.
Yeah thats a great idea also but it still bothers me that my car freaked out then went normal when i took it out.

Ok if you look at the pictures I posted on in the thread that's the problem you have those two parts are rubbing and causes the shaking in the brake and gas pedals it's nothing really serious but contact p2r and tell them about your problem I had the same problem and I would watch one if the coolant lines because mine ripped from the spacer being to big and was rubbing against the brake fluid holder

So i received my throttle body spacer and my engine made a knocking sound when i start the car. also all the pedals were shaking.. When i took the car for a drive it felt like the car wanted to shut off...Any idea why then would happen?
It does sound like the part is not sealed. Did you put a gasket on both sides of the spacer?

It only comes with one spacer that goes on the throttle body side not the manifold side
I understand that. But you still need a gasket to seal both sides of the spacer.

Intake Manifold -> Factory O ring -> P2R Spacer -> P2R Gasket -> Throttle Body
