Mugen window visors adjustment or removal.

Does anyone have any experience taking off or loosening the visors without damaging the visors or the car itself? I recently put them on but the passenger side isnt aligned quite right and would like to adjust them. Im debating whether to keep them or not because of the wind noise so i figured I ask for removal as well.

Any advice would be appreciated.
