Loose Headlight/Bumper/Under-hood Trim

I've been tracking down this rustling/rattling noise and discovered while washing my car today that this piece of trim is loose. It's significantly looser on the driver's side. I haven't hit anything so not sure what happened.

Anyone else have this issue and, if so, what did you do about it?
